The only reason those ####s do that is to deliberately annoy people. Music sounds abysmal over the speakers of a phone, so anyone who genuinely wants to enjoy their music would use headphones.

If it was on the train I could almost understand it. But on the concourse? Just walk another 10 feet away if it's annoying.

Limited facts I know but how come one of the punters (or several) did not try to smack this nutter over the head witha bar chair or something. If he was on his own could he not have been overpowered? Unless he was a big bloke. Having said this I may have been tempted to do a runner myself.
